The Builder’s
Guild

All residences are built by members of the Hammond's Ferry Builders' Guild. This age-old approach (builders' guilds were used to unite tradesmen as long ago as the Middle Ages) was adopted to forge positive community relationships, while encouraging a cooperative and productive community climate. Good craftsmen yield well-built, quality homes and happy customers.

The Hammond's Ferry Guild members were selected from a group of applicants known for maintaining the high bar of professionalism in the North Augusta region. The applicants were assessed according to standards developed by an independent consumer rating agency, GuildQuality, Inc., based in Atlanta. The company defines and measures quality, performance, and customer satisfaction by collecting feedback from customers and objectively assessing customer experiences.

With oversight and guidance from Town Architect Richard Fletcher and the Design Review Board, the following members of the Builders' Guild craft the homes of Hammond's Ferry.
